Ray supports a connected, accessible transportation system that includes safer options for cars, bikes, golf carts, and pedestrians. His plan includes expanded multi-use paths, improved road design, and exploring options of private run transit for better mobility. These upgrades will reduce congestion, increase safety, and improve everyday life for residents.

Ray will preserve Gulf Shores’ small-town charm by investing in public spaces that bring neighbors together - like beachfronts, parks, trails, and gathering places. He supports improved beach access, boardwalks, and recreation centers that foster pride and connection. Ray will also champion access to quality healthcare and wellness programs for every age group.

Ray supports continued investment in Gulf Shores city schools to ensure academic excellence and opportunity. His vision includes expanded tracks in vocational training, entrepreneurship, and college prep to prepare students for success - whether they stay local or go global.

Ray supports smart, sustained investments in public safety that grow with the community. He supports completion of the fire department training facility, a combined justice center for police and courts, and strategies to further improve emergency response times through better infrastructure. He also supports growing the K9 unit and making public areas safer and more walkable.

Ray will prioritize protecting Little Lagoon, surrounding wetlands, and coastal habitats to build environmental resilience.
